I handcut paper trees, letters, and even a reindeer and glitter covered north pole, photographed them individually, cut them out and added them to my 3D After Effects scene to get this stop-motion winter wonderland. Because of all the lights and shadows, rendering this was painful! But I'm very happy with how it turned out.
